Bayside Eye Centre is a general ophthalmic practice offering comprehensive eye care for Cleveland and Brisbane's Bay Area.

The Clinic is located at Suite 5, Village Square, 124 Queen Street, Cleveland QLD 4163, with easy access from the street.

The Clinic is equipped with the latest state of the art diagnostic equipment and our clinical staff consists of both clinical optometrists and clinical nurses.

A referral from your GP or optometrist is preferred but not essential.

The referral is required for you to receive the Medicare rebate that covers part of the cost of your visit.
